The ancient art of lime putty
Not just any lime, only pure calcium free from magnesium carbonate, the maturation of at least one year and pigments based on natural earth or marble powders make the mortar and paint of the Intoflor line the flagship of our production. The Intoflor line is the only line of plaster products worthy of being called BIOLOGICO, as it is made exclusively with calcium-based putty, a binder with very ancient origins that has allowed man to build his own history.
98% pure calcium carbonate
Edilcalce produces calcium carbonate significantly free of silica, of an organogenic nature and sedimentary origin, with a purity of up to 98%. The massive limestone is the parent rock subject of the extraction activity in the Fosso Rio area, the seat of the Edilcalce quarry. Our products are widely used in the glass, rubber and plastics industries, as supplements in the feed and animal feed industry and finally, as aggregates in the sheathing and premixed components for the building industry. We produce carbonates from 0 / 0.25mm to 1.2 / 3mm and Micronized from 85μm to 20μm.
